Apart from the official matchmaking activities, the Ministry of the Interior is giving out 1 million NT dollars to anyone who can come up with the most inspiring slogan to increase the birth rates in Taiwan, which has hit a low.

Out of the 28,000 entries, the judges are finding this one "Just Make Babies!" as their favorites, and the public can also take part in voting for the grand winner.

As one of the incentives to boost national birth rates, Ministry of the Interior is to offer with NT$1 miillion to anyone who can come up with a slogan which encourages people to have more babies.

Among the pool of 28,000 entries, 20 slogans are chosen, including the catchy one " Just Make Babies", "Mom, Dad, I am ready, So get ready tonight."

But judge panels find it a pity that some more creative or provocative ones are eliminated.

The 20 slogans will be put to an online vote.

NT$1 million will go to the one with most votes, second and third place winners will receive NT$100,000 and NT$50,000 respectively.

The minimum cash award for the rest slogans is NT$5,000 each.

Most judges believe the slogan "Just Make Babies" is likely to win the top prize.

The online vote begins from August 1st to 31st and the results will be announced on September 1st.
