Here in the Lake District in the UK, the world's most expensive dessert is in the making, mostly out of chocolate. And it's not just any chocolate, according to chef Marc Guibert. SOUNDBITE: Marc Guibert, head chef at the Lindeth Howe Country House Hotel, saying (English) "We have many high quality chocolate. All from different continents. All different flavors: bitter dark chocolate, 70 per cent, 65 percent, and 60 per cent. " Other ingredients include gold, champagne caviar, and a two-carat diamond bringing the final price tag at a whopping 22,000 British Pounds or 35,000 US dollars. The chocolate pudding is modeled after a Faberge egg and is layered with champagne jelly and biscuit joconde, glazed with edible gold. But the costly sweet needs a rich buyer first to claim its place in the Guinness Book of World Records. ◆ 追蹤更多華視影音及圖文新聞: 1.用Plurk追蹤華視影音及圖文新聞:追蹤 2.用Twitter追蹤華視影音及圖文新聞:追蹤
