At the age of 53, Madonna can still get us to dancing with her latest music video, "Girl Gone Wild."

However, the tune was slapped with an age restriction after YouTube deemed it too raunchy for anyone below 18 years old.

During the one and only Facebook interview to promote for her new album, "MDNA," the pop diva gave US host Jimmy Fallon some dancing tips.

Fans were able to turn their questions in during the live chat and one asked what would she do if she were president of the United States.

Madonna: "When I'm president of the United States, I will first of all take all the money spent on defense and put it in to education, so that school teachers get paid more money. It's scandalous how low their pay is. Scandalous. [5]Two, gay marriage would be legal everywhere and accepted. Three would be: there would be no restrictions whatsoever on any of my videos ever. Just one selfish act. I think as a president, you're allowed one selfish act. Like Bill Clinton."

Madonna's "Girl Gone Wild," is the second single off her 12th studio album, "MDNA," which is now available on the shelves.
