It's a rock fest indeed.

Ten local independent rock bands are battling out at the Hohaiyan Rock Festival, an annual muscial event that is supported by musicians and fans around the world.

Now, let's get you in the music mood with this international rock night.

During the Hohaiyan Rock Festival every year, fans jam along to the beats of the rock bands performing on stage. On Saturday, over 200 rock bands compete to attain the highest recognition of the independent groups. Numerous tourists come to the festival to swim around in the cool seawater, lounge on beach chairs, or build sandcastles while enjoying the music performance.

Together with Taiwan local musician Kimbo, several bands from America, Japan, and other countries, rocked the International Night of the Hohaiyan competition.
