The Tourism Bureau's new program,

Taitung County is among the five destinations that are redesigned for tourists in bringing them a different kind of experience.

The Rail Flower Village is the first of the 5 sites in the Tourism Bureau's International Light Spot program.

Old TaiRail dorms in Taitung, which makes up about 500 pings, were turned into village that offered Aboriginal music, local handicrafts, and special produce to visitors.

This the new way that the bureau is trying to promote Taiwanese tourism.

Visitors said the atmosphere here feels like they are traveling abroad.

The biggest attraction in the village is the modern aboriginal music.

They can sing relaxing songs without using microphones.

This type of place also allows them a stage to show case their music.

The village is open daily except on Mondays.

It has an open landscape design and visitors can relax on the grass and enjoy the good east coast air.
