Having impressed Shanghai audiences back in May with their classic play "The Legend of White Snake," Min Hua Yuan, the famous Taiwanese Opera Troupe is now back to excite fans in Hsinchu. Here at CTS News, let's take a sneak peek at their extraordinary performance.
The white snake transformed into a woman, flying in the sky to save her love of Poet Hsu Hsien during the scene of flooding of Golden Mountains pagoda was well received in Shanghai at the 2010 World Expo.
The same show and same cast is planning to perform at the HsinChu stadium soon.
Sun Tsui Feng of MingHuaYuan Taiwanese opera troupe gave her all even at rehearsal along with 287 cast members and staff.
Many people are expecting great fighting sequence in the show and many performers flying in the sky hung from cables, including the troupe leader Chen ShehnFu, who is going to be 15 meters above ground during the show.
Chen reminds the public that the Hsinchu performance is with added 3-D effect and accompanied by the Ju Percussion group for what the troupe called the international version of the classic Chinese love story.
