Hou Long-bin and Eric Chu, the KMT's mayoral candidates for Taipei and Xin Bei City, have recently teamed up in a campaign commercial featuring the solidarity between the two political stars, as well as the synergy that could be achieved through the cooperation of both cities. Some regard the new commercial as the KMT's response to the alleged rift between rival DPP contenders, Su Jen-chang and Tsai Ing-wen. Under the KuanDu bridge, KMT Taipei city mayor candidate Hou Long bin and XinBei city candidate Eric Chu both put on their casual clothing and learned how to row the canoe from the coach. Both Chu and Hou row on the Tamsui River, symbolizing the northern Gemini cities of Taipei and XinBei working hand in hand towards the Tamsui Manhattan goal. The campaign strategy is to magnify the focus on DPPs Tsai Ying Wen and Su Jen Changs conflict between each other while show the public that Chu and Hou are willing to work closely together to reach the common goal. There are less than a hundred days left before the year-end 5 special municipality elections. According to the KMT, it has the advantage in Great Taichung, while the race is close between the KMT and the DPP in Taipei city, XinBei city, thus the recently revealed campaign to get ahead of the pan green camp. ◆ 追蹤更多華視影音及圖文新聞: 1.用Plurk追蹤華視影音及圖文新聞:追蹤 2.用Twitter追蹤華視影音及圖文新聞:追蹤
