Served in the rich broth that has been cooked for 12 hours, you know you won't be disappointed in any way. This is a doughy soup stall, which is located at Dalong Night Market. The boss skillfully puts in these pieces of dough and stirring the pot, and when they float an egg is then added; after that a tablespoon of sakura shrimp is added, then a bowl of delicious mein ge da is completed. Despite the hotness, people are slurping away these bowls of goodness. Here are some tips of how to make these mouthwatering "mein ge da". First, fresh celery is chopped finely, then added into the dough, along with stir fried pork. Last, it is the constant kneading to mix all the ingredients and make the dough chewy. Then the broth is another key player, which is made by adding a big bag of onion, some mushrooms, chicken bones, and pig bones, then cooked for 12 hours.
