The Palace Mansion in Taipei, recognized as one of the most luxurious apartments in all of Taiwan, just had its first foreclosure case.

This is not the first time since this extravagant space has been on the auction. With 165 pings and 4 parking spaces, the base value was set at 235 million NT dollars. Now, the property has just been sold at a sky-high price of 280 million NT dollars, with one ping at around two million NT dollars, breaking the record as the most expensive foreclosed houses.
