For a man in Kaohsiung, "Dancing in the Street" is more than just the In music videos, there's nothing unusual about dancing one's way across the street. But in real life, a person who does so may be regarded as a street performer or even a weirdo. However, Mr. Luo, an advertising account executive in Kaohsiung, is neither of them. Luo has been using the sidewalks of Kaohsiung as his own discotheque for years, claiming that it helps him to get more creative ideas and deal with pressure at work, not to mention the added benefit of amusing passers-by at the same time.
