Experts suggest one to bring some chocolate and chewing gum too as which can help calm emotions. Remember, the bag should not be too heavy to carry. When an earthquake stricks, the telecommunication system of cellphone may break down. So you should prepare some coins for public telephone booths and contact your family members.
