With the hot weather, cold sesame noodles are becoming the preferred meal. By randomly inspecting food vendors, the Taipei City Health Bureau is now making sure that the noodles you're eating are meeting the hygiene standard. Inspectors take out the thermometer to measure the temperature of the cold noodles placed outside. In the morning, health bureau inspectors of Taipei City conducted a random inspection on cold noodles and their first target is the 40-year-old established cold noodle vendor located in the small alley in the Nanking East Road. The inspection focused on whether the noodles, vegetables and spices are packaged separately and kept at room temperatures for no more than 2 hours. Another point is to see whether they use a glove when serving noodles. Since food can spoil easily in summer, contamination and germs are inevitable. However, if the products are not sold within two hours, they need to be stored at a refrigerator at less than 7 degrees, or the number of bacteria will exceed hundreds times the standard value. Besides randomly checking the traditional cold noodle vendors, the health bureau is also inspecting the products sold in convenient stores and a report is expected to come out in ten days. ◆ 追蹤更多華視影音及圖文新聞: 1.用Plurk追蹤華視影音及圖文新聞:追蹤 2.用Twitter追蹤華視影音及圖文新聞:追蹤
