World famous forensic scientist Henry Lee recently came back to Taiwan to appear as a witness in court for the controversial trial of the Hsichih Trio, who have been incarcerated for nearly 20 years under accusations of murdering a couple in 1991. And Lee said, based on his investigative reports, that the crime was very likely committed by one person rather than three.

Su Chien Ho quickly walked into the courtroom and didnt stop on the way to accept any media interviews.

Su, along with Chuang Lin Hsuin and Liu Bing Lan were accused of murdering Hsichi couple Wu Han Ming 19 years ago and all received the death penalty.

The worldly famous is controversial and is still in trial.

On Friday, the high court continues with the 25th second appeal session where Dr Henry Lee was present to give a report on the murder case. However, the prosecutor questioned Lees expertise for he is not a medical examiner thus question the report, which pointed out that, the space of murder scene was very small and according to the spread of blood on the floor, one finger print collected and blood shoe print, it is most likely that the case was committed by one person only.

And that person was the already executed Wang Wen Hsiao.

After Lee s report, both sides would go ahead with cross-examination.
