When you hear the Korean song, "Nobody", you are probably tempted to dance along. In Yilan City, a group of elders are flaunting their moves with this catchy tune as well. Here on CTS, we're proving to you, age is nothing but a number.

The song "Nobody" by the Korean girl group Wonder Girls and its dance is not only well known by the youngsters.

Yes, grandmothers have already prepared themselves for the dance. This is just a warm up. What coming up next is singing Taiwanese Folk Opera.

It doesn't matter if they have danced before or not, only their present passion counts. Getting up, shake the body, feel happy and healthy is what counts here.

Among them, Shu Lin, Ah-Chu is the most senior member. With her 102 years, grandmother Ah-Chu has created a special way to take care of her health, which is eating lollipops besides doing sports and making herself happy.

Basically, being optimistic is the main key to keep one healthy. Lets put grandma Ah-Chu as an idol and follow her as an example to a good and healthy life.
