A senior at Kung Tung Techical High School, Li Ruei-er has recently developed an accessory, which looks like a pair of socks.

For the novel rainy day solution, it has entered the final competition of the U19 Young Show National Competition and it is being approved for national patent.

The high school student hopes to collaborate with manufacturers and provide people a solution to waterproof shoes when it rains.
