Many took their last chances to check out the trial run of the Taipei International Flora Expo, which ended yesterday. The Flora Expo will hold its opening ceremony at the EXPO Hall on November 6th. Here on CTS, let's give you a sneak peak of what you'll be experiencing.

One of the highlights of the Taipei International Flora Exposition's Fine Arts Park Area is EXPO Hall.

From a distance, the black and white structure alternately resembles a giant woven basket, eggshell, and butterfly.

The glass ceiling illuminates the building with natural light, and features a geometric design of white hexagons and black triangles.

As the architects used "green concepts" to design the building, the steel beams are recyclable.

EXPO Hall is a performance venue with seating capacity of 1,200, and the stage is covered with flowers.

Over the course of the event, EXPO Hall will host not only the Expo's opening and closing ceremonies, but also numerous art and literary events.
