The table is filled with brochures, a model of the home is on the side, and music is being played. Each booth carefully answers all the questions people have regarding homes. Some developers even held events for visitors.

Many expo visitors support the government's recent actions to cool the housing market.

Taipei County Government provided the space for the Xinbei City home expo. There were over 20 booths on hand.

The brokers held events and prize drawings to attract crowds, which asked many questions.

But the brokers still found ways to make appointments with potential customers at model homes, in order to see the real product. Besides the brokers, various government entities were also on hand to provide recent housing prices for visitors to see.

This expo brought together brokers and local government entities, and provided information regarding redevelopments and government subsidies, so people can get all their information in one place.
