Portable warmer is becoming a must-have gadget these days. However, although these warming devices are extremely user-friendly, with some of them claiming to be waterproof, experts are reminding the public to be cautious when operating these heating tools to ensure one's safety.

Various products aimed at helping consumers stay warm during the winter are available on the market.

This item, which is hung around the neck, looks like an MP3 player but is actually a pocket warmer.

The panel is only 0.9 centimeters thick, and is the size of a mobile phone battery.

It can be kept in pockets or worn around the neck, and is convenient to carry around.

They only appeared on the market one month ago, but 8,000 units have already been sold.

Waterproof electric heaters are also selling extremely well, and can be used to keep consumers warm when stepping in and out of showers.

Consumers are reminded to be cautious and careful with all electric heating products, and to keep them away from water and moisture whenever possible.
