According to the latest study in the U.K., eating seafood can do wonders. It can help boost people's immune system, and prevent flu attacks. Here on CTS, we explain why.

A pot cooked with shrimp and clams is now proven by an U.K research to prevent catching the flu because of the high zinc content in seafood.

Clams and oysters contains high amount of zinc, which can reduce the chance of catching the flu and can also increase ones appetite.

However, for those who are allergic to seafood, there are other alternatives, including the simple way of popping vitamin pills.

However, doctors remind us that natural food intake is always better, otherwise, getting enough sunlight is another way to prevent getting the flu.
