Besides the fireworks to please the crowd, a night market was created for the visitors to get a taste of authentic Taiwanese cuisine. A total of 152 vendors were asked to join the closing ceremony at the Dajia Riverside Park, along with various showcases to conclude the event in a breathtaking manner. This is no ordinary night market, but the closing night of the Taipei Flora Expo. We can hear the boss shouting, as it is something that is very distinctively Taiwanese, as 152 vendors are selling everything from grilled chicken to sausages. All of these vendors are here on the closing night, and they are offering all of the typical food that is found in the night markets. There are lots of stalls and lots of people, as the queue can be quite frightening to some. To get something to eat, one may need to wait no less than 20 minutes. In addition to the night market, there is a special water show and an authentic Taiwanese opera performance as well as pole dancers.
