Dawn Bradley, a rehab worker who was fired from the Betty Ford Centre in Los Angeles during Lindsay's stay in the center, is suing the actress for assault and battery. Bradley claimed that she was severely injured during an argument with Lindsay in December 2010, and needed a surgery on her wrist. The cause of the quarrel was because Bradley was trying to give Lohan a breathalyzer test after she missed her curfew after staying out with two other girls who admitted drinking that night. Bradley was later fired from her job after talking to the media about the fight with the 25-year-old actress on camera. Lindsay Lohan has not yet made any comments on this case. And this is not the first time Lohan had a brush with the law, but she has a history of getting in and out of court on a regular basis. Her career was interrupted in 2007 with two DUI incidents and three visits to rehabilitation facilities, which led to the loss of several movie deals. She was sent to the Betty Ford Centre at the end of September, 2010 for 90 days for failing to pass the drug test. Despite several visits to the court, jail and rehab center, the troubled actress seems like she hasn't learned her lesson. In February this year, Lohan was charged with felony grand theft of a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in January, and was sentenced to 120 days in jail for violating her probation. It seems that she will have to work harder to get her life and career back on track, and until then, we can only hope that she can stay out of trouble. ◆ 追蹤更多華視影音及圖文新聞: 1.用Plurk追蹤華視影音及圖文新聞:追蹤 2.用Twitter追蹤華視影音及圖文新聞:追蹤
