STATHAM GOT RIPPED OFF?

The Expendables actor, Jason Statham just splashed out 11.5 million U.S. dollars on a luxurious mansion in Los Angeles, which was previously owned by actor Ben Stiller and his wife.

And the new lavish residence is likely to become a love nest for him and his 24-year-old girlfriend, Rosie Huntington Whiteley with the pair being spotted grabbing food together in Hollywood before heading home. The two have been dating for more than a year.

In addition to this new purchase, Statham also owns a five-bedroom beachfront home in Malibu, which he bought for $10.6million.

Still, what's worth mentioning is that the Ben Stiller and his wife, Christine Taylor first purchased the 10-bedroom property in December 1999 for $1.82 million. The Stiller couple raked in 9.68 million US dollars from selling the house to Statham.
