It's a battle for the best 'flair.'Twenty bartenders from across the globe gathered in Warsaw, Poland to put their bartending skills to the test. Organized by the Independent Flair League the competition seeks to find the best 'flair bartender' in the world - the one with the most finesse in juggling bar tools to entertain guests. According to contestant Marcin Cebula, it's like a competitive sport. Marcin Cebula: "Today's competition, and this form in general, is like a sport discipline for us. We spend around five hours on training daily, to prepare for different kinds of competitions." And just like any other sport, the contestants are held up to very high standards. A celebrity jury taste their drinks, while professional bartenders judge their technique. Michael Kosnik is an Independent Flair League judge. Michael Kosnik: "The judges during this competition assess variety, style, complexity of the moves, balance of the whole performance,how they built up tension, how they interact with the audience and how they can get them involved."
