  This fillet steak is cooked medium rare, as this beef heart includes minced calf meat and the bottom is a sweet juicy rib eye steak.Cutting it with this knife and fork makes every bite very delicious as one is able to get three different kinds of beef taste.The tongue definitely enjoys this trio of sensations.

  This young lady says it is very delicious, as this dish, named "ben fang" was awarded an international gold medal.This Award-winning Hong Kong chef came to Taiwan for the first time to take part in a chef exchange.He used his award winning dish, popular with his customers here.He also showed a special steak burger, turning top grade sirloin beef into a ball,including cheese and after it is grilled, it comes to the table looking very delicious.

  This lady is surprised when she cuts it open and cheese comes out, leading her to gasp as this steak with cheese was the invention of this gold medal winning chef. However, the price is not cheap as one will have to pay 1,000 NT$ for this dish,which will definitely make your wallet a little thinner.
