A 35-year old man who lost his left leg in a car accident 11 years ago, has been rejected by over hundreds of companies when he tried to get a job. However, he turned frustration into the power of determination and has earned three professional licenses. Now, he is a worker in a technology company. Here on CTS lets take a look at this story of a man who never gives up.

With the assistance of a crutch, Wang Wei-che takes inventory in the warehouse.

Despite his physical impairment, he refuses to bow down and transports stock, develops his client base, and visits his clients like every other member of the company's sales team.

He lost his left leg in a car accident ten years ago, and unsuccessfully sent out hundreds of job applications and interviewed for more than one hundred jobs over the past decade.

To improve his competitiveness, he worked odd jobs and earned three professional licenses.

Last year, a professional training center referred him to a technology company.

He is now an assistant manager at the firm, and has hit every monthly sales target since he was hired.

He has earned the respect of his superiors with his ability to think outside the box and his professionalism. At the same time, Wang is extremely grateful to have a steady income.

The Council of Labor Affairs recently presented him with the Golden Goose Award, and Wang has become an inspiration to physically disabled workers all over the island.
