Low-carbohydrate diets or carb-free diets are getting more and more common these days for those who want to shed some extra pounds, and especially for ladies who want to look good in tight attires.

Now, a case in Kaohsiung is drawing concerns from doctors. Let's take a look at a story of a young individual who avoided carbs, and instead, consumed seafood and meat, resulting a dangerously high cholesterol level of 260.

Experts are warning weight watchers to stay away from intense weight loss measures which may induce other health problems.

This delicious meat is put into the mouth where all of its flavor is enjoyed.

And this and fried egg is a hearty breakfast. All of these items are all high in protein, as some people are only consuming meat to avoid starch and carbohydrates. This twenty-year-old, Miss Wu, maintains a good figure at just 50 kg, as she is quite slender though her diet has led her to have a cholesterol level much higher than standard levels.

Miss Wu's condition was diagnosed as having a cholesterol level that is two times that of normal as she is young and not fat.

Still, her cholesterol level was as surprising 260.
