On the first day of office after being reelected, Taipei City Mayor Hau Lung-bin paid a visit to a temple in Songhsan to pray for a great term ahead, in addition to the well-being of Sean Lien. Now that he has secured his seat, Hau has a series of issues he needs to face, including the controversy involving the Flora Expo and the Hsinsheng Overpass. After winning the Taipei City Mayor election, Hau Lung-bin has arrived at Chiyou Temple in Songshan to prey for a good start for this term in office, and a smooth recovery of Sean Lien, who was shot during the election period. Besides being concerned of Lien's well-being, many issues and problems of the city await Hau to deal with, such as the scandal of the Hsinsheng Overpass and the criticisms of the flora expo are all but two problems. There is also the transfer of the Taipei Secretariat Director at the city government, Yang Hsi-an, after being released after a bail, the resignation of the City Government Advisor, Chuang Wen-si, Secretary, Ren Shiao-chi, and the Deputy Mayor Lee Yong-ping. However, these people were also great help during the election period, so as for whether they will be offered a position in this new term, mayor Hau said that he will think about it carefully. In the meantime, some of the positions at the city government are still filled in by acting officers, and some other current staff have other plans for this new term, so the personnel of the city government is yet another problem waiting to be solved by the mayor. Even though this is only the first day for the mayor, Mr. Hau has many pressing issues to deal with, externally as well as internally. ◆ 追蹤更多華視影音及圖文新聞: 1.用Plurk追蹤華視影音及圖文新聞:追蹤 2.用Twitter追蹤華視影音及圖文新聞:追蹤
