After the completion of the song of Big Trees series, that first painting was still not finished even after many touch ups. After going through life, Shi Song completed the 30 years in review art exhibition works. He was born in 1947 and went to France to study after Art College in Taiwan. After returning to Taiwan, he worked at Lion art and voice of Han magazine as editor, making him a writer and a painter. Due to his mother's illness 20 years ago, Shi Song came in contact with Buddhism and started drawings of Guanyin. A trip to India in November of 1992 allowed him to walk out of the dark. His 2010 new work is old silkworm, along with 33 Guanyin painting, which, when compared to the Guanyin works 20 years ago, is more mature and the Guanyin face is more kind and happy. Shi Song said that, though he is older, his paintbrushes could still bring out what his mind thinks. His 30 years of works, according to him, is a boat that is made with his heart and hands, that took him from the dark to the light and happiness, which is worthy sharing with everyone. ◆ 追蹤更多華視影音及圖文新聞: 1.用Plurk追蹤華視影音及圖文新聞:追蹤 2.用Twitter追蹤華視影音及圖文新聞:追蹤
