A memorial service was held for Yang Chiao, the second wife of the late entrepreneurial legend Wang Yung-ching, on Thursday in Taipei. Yang passed away early last month at the age of 88. Nearly three thousand people attended the service to pay their tribute, including President Ma Ying-jeou and Chairman of Foxconn, Terry Gou. Former president Lee Teng-hui and President MA Ying-jeou both attended the memorial service held for Yang Chiao, the second wife of the late Taiwanese tycoon Wang Yung-ching. Yang Chiao died from septicemia earlier last month. Her five children and grandchildren have returned to Taiwan from the U.S. to attend the memorial service arranged by Cher Wang. The funeral was arranged with white roses, and photos of Yang Chiao. Her grandson, Wang Quan-jen, led the Wang family and mourners in singing. Fond memories and love filled the funeral service for Yang Chiao. The Wang family was well-known for the achievement of Wang Yung-ching and the family's wealth, however, they are the only ones who know well about their family and their affection to each other. Just as what Cher Wang, HTC Chairwoman said in a statement that, her mother is the most important person in her life. Her children and grandchildren will always remember their great mother, Yang Chiao. ◆ 追蹤更多華視影音及圖文新聞: 1.用Plurk追蹤華視影音及圖文新聞:追蹤 2.用Twitter追蹤華視影音及圖文新聞:追蹤
