We all have watched the live broadcast of Prince William and Catherine Middleton's royal wedding on April 29, and were totally fascinated by her fairytale wedding dress. But ladies, the good news is, we no longer have to stare at it from our TV, because we'll have a chance to see in person. The wedding gown worn by Catherine Middleton when she married Prince William at Westminster Abbey is now on display at the Buckingham Palace, starting last Saturday, along with the veil, earrings, tiara and shoes worn by the bride during the ceremony. There are also an artificial version of the bride's bouquet and the original wedding cake. The now Duchess of Cambridge and the dress designer Sarah Burton of the British design house Alexander McQueen, worked closely together with palace personnel on the exhibit.

The Queen and the duchess were also given a tour of the exhibition, and in response, the Queen voiced some displeasure, saying that without the bride, the gown and the tiara appear a bit "horrid" on the display. Still, fans will get to have a closer look at the dress in the palace's ballroom, and be able to appreciate the details that could not be discerned on TV, such as a series of hand-made flora lace motifs that represent England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. More than 125,000 advance tickets of the exhibit have been sold.
