Leonardo DiCaprio transforms into the enigmatic, power-hungry former FBI director J. Edgar Hoover in his latest film.
Directed by Clint Eastwood, the biopic depicts J. Edgar's nearly 50-year reign over the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as well as his rise through the agency and his final breaths decades later.
In addition to recognizing Hoover's accomplishments, Eastwood's focus is more on Hoover's increasing megalomania, his illegal surveillance, and his secret files."J. Edgar" will be playing in Taiwan theaters starting today.
